Shipping policy

Australia

Standard domestic shipping is $9.95 and express shipping is $15.95.

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150. Free shipping does not apply in conjunction with sale periods or associated promotions.

All free shipping promotions and discount codes apply to standard shipping only and cannot be used for express shipping.

Orders are dispatched via courier, with Australia Post used for some regional areas, PO Boxes and parcel lockers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Please allow 1–4 business days for dispatch from our warehouse, and an additional 3–5 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas. Regional deliveries may take longer.

Our warehouse operates during business hours Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Signature on delivery options may be available at checkout depending on location.

International

We offer free standard shipping on international orders over $250.

For orders under $250, international shipping is a flat rate of $35.95.

International shipping charges do not include any taxes, duties or import fees that may be applied in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-orders

Pre-sale items may take approximately 4–6 weeks to arrive and cannot be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

Delivery Notes

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that are lost or undeliverable due to incorrect address details.

Free shipping options do not apply to sale items or associated promotions.
